| Webelos Build Bat Boxes for OWC |
Pack 200, sponsored by Olde Sawmill Elementary School PTO, erected their handmade bat box out at OWC's 20-acre education facility on June 1. The Pack has been working over the winter on their required conservation project. The boys were all required to research interesting bat facts, and also exercise their woodworking skills in order to build the boxes. One of the boxes is outside on a 20-foot post for our local bats to use as shelter, and the other box will be used as an educational tool. Thank you, Pack 200, for your dedication to wildlife, and best of luck to you all in acheiving your Arrow-of-Light! We hope to see you all again soon!
